Aspen Leaf Preschool at the Barry Ted Moskowitz Child Care Center ("BTM") is located inside the Schwartz Federal Building in downtown San Diego. The building and center and are owned by GSA, the federal agency that owns and operates all federal buildings. GSA contracts with private companies to operate its child care centers. Though Aspen Leaf is limited in its control of the physical space, Aspen Leaf has full control to hire and to implement the philosophy, curriculum, and program. Our ratios are small; we practice continuity of care; utilize our philosophy and curriculum; make the classrooms as cozy and homey as possible; and bring nature into the playground as much as possible.

For families without parking at the federal building, Aspen Leaf currently validates parking for drop-off and pick-up at The Meridian, directly across the street from the playground.
